Saltaire Village
Saltaire Village is near Bradford in West Yorkshire, England. It is named after Sir Titus Salt who built a textile mill, known as Salts Mill and this village on the River Aire. Designed by architects, Lockwood and Mawson, Saltaire has beautiful Italianate architecture and a rich history. Saltaire Village is a World Heritage Site.
Saltaire is a village where people live. You don’t have to book to come here and Salts Mill is free to enter. There are shops, places to eat, wonderful architecture and a lovely park.
Skipton
If you fancy a bite to eat there’s plenty of places to choose from. The Centre is home to 60 restaurants, cafes and bars in The Orient.
If you Love Shopping there’s a choice of 230 stores along three miles of
granite and marble boulevards.
Stores range from designer to high fashion favourites, including the first Selfridges outside of London, to stylish homeware stores at Barton Square.
Return Journey at 5pm from Skipton.
